Though Claudia Veja Images requires credit attributions and copyright notices for many Enhanced License uses, Claudia Veja Images may waive such requirements on a case by case basis. If you have any questions regarding credit attributions and copyright notices or to request that Claudia Veja Images grant you a waiver of such requirements, please contact Claudia Veja Images Customer Support. No waiver of such requirements shall be effective unless confirmed in an email or other writing from Claudia Veja Images to you.

You shall accord credit and provide a copyright attribution to the copyright holder and to Claudia Veja Images in connection with the use of any Image in a book, magazine, e-zine or newspaper. Such credit and attribution shall be in substantially the following form:

Use an Image in a way that places any person depicted in the Image in a bad light or in a way that they may find offensive - this includes, but is not limited to the use of Images: a) in pornography, "adult videos" or the like; b) in ads for tobacco products; c) in ads or promotional materials for adult entertainment clubs or similar venues, or for escort, dating or similar services; d) in connection with political endorsements; e) in advertisements or promotional materials for pharmaceutical or healthcare, herbal or medical products, including, but not limited to dietary supplements, digestive aids, herbal supplements, personal hygiene or birth control products; and f) uses that are defamatory, or contain otherwise unlawful, offensive or immoral content. You may not use an Image containing the likeness of a person if such use implies that the model engages in any immoral or illegal activity or suffers from a physical or mental infirmity, ailment or condition.

If any Licensed Material featuring a model or property is used in connection with a subject that would be unflattering or unduly controversial to a reasonable person, Licensee must accompany each such use with a statement that indicates that: (i) the Licensed Material is being used for illustrative purposes only; and (ii) any person depicted in the Licensed Material, if any, is a model.

Licensee may not make the Licensed Material available (separate from the Licensee Work) in any medium accessible by persons other than authorized Users; or make the Licensee Work available in any medium or manner intended to allow or invite a third party to download, extract or access the Licensed Material as a standalone file, such as for a screensaver.

If the Licensed Material is Reproduced on a website, Licensee shall post terms and conditions on the website that include restrictions on downloading the Licensed Material for purposes other than personal use, and prohibit republication, retransmission, reproduction or other use of the Licensed Material.
